Planning Specialist

Obowiązki / Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

  • Preparing schedules and monitoring production to ensure timely order fulfilment, considering material availability, machine availability, labour availability, and production capacity;
  • Ongoing control of production execution against assumptions and real output of production;
  • Optimizing planning processes;
  • Short- and long-term production planning based on current orders and budget forecasts;
  • Direct daily collaboration with Production Department;
  • Effective collaboration with Logistics , Procurement,Quality, Maintenance and other operational departments, as well as other departments supporting production.

Wymagania / Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Planner;
  • Technical education, engineer with experience in a production company. Experience in the steel construction sector is preferred;
  • Ability to read and analyse technical documentation;
  • Good knowledge of MS OFFICE programs (Excel, Project), Auto-CAD;
  • Working knowledge of ERP system (SAP will be additional value);
  • Experience with Planning Programs;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Fluent knowledge of English;
  • Independence and excellent work organization;
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Commitment and focus on achieving goals;
  • High communication skills.

 

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of 3D systems (SOLIDWORKS, CATIA).
