Planning Specialist

Obowiązki / Responsibilities

Preparing schedules and monitoring production to ensure timely order fulfilment, considering material availability, machine availability, labour availability, and production capacity;
Ongoing control of production execution against assumptions and real output of production;
Optimizing planning processes;
Short- and long-term production planning based on current orders and budget forecasts;
Direct daily collaboration with Production Department;
Effective collaboration with Logistics , Procurement,Quality, Maintenance and other operational departments, as well as other departments supporting production.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Planner;
Technical education, engineer with experience in a production company. Experience in the steel construction sector is preferred;
Ability to read and analyse technical documentation;
Good knowledge of MS OFFICE programs (Excel, Project), Auto-CAD;
Working knowledge of ERP system (SAP will be additional value);
Experience with Planning Programs;
Excellent presentation skills;
Fluent knowledge of English;
Independence and excellent work organization;
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Commitment and focus on achieving goals;
High communication skills.
